Matthias Herr, who is also Managing Director of Business Development at the headquarters in Kippenheim, South Baden, will continue to act as President of Neugart USA in Charlotte (North Carolina). With the new appointments, Neugart intends to intensify its presence on the US market: "Neugart USA, founded in 1997, is our oldest foreign subsidiary, but we are still far from fully exploiting our market potential there," says Matthias Herr, describing the current situation. "Our aim is therefore to move away from the image of a gearbox manufacturer in the USA and to position Neugart as a global partner instead."

Christian Schilling will play a central role in this strategic realignment as Vice President of Neugart USA. Prior to this new role, which Christian Schilling took on in April 2019, he worked for many years at the Neugart commercial agency for Baden-Württemberg. Christian Schilling (37) is married and holds a degree in surface technology and materials science with a focus on international technical sales. as
