For harsh environments
KEB offers the servomotors of the new DL3 series for highly dynamic motion tasks. Also new is the Steel IT version with special epoxy coating for installation positions with direct weather influences and light chemical stress on the surface.
Five motor sizes from 55 to 190 mm and nominal torques from 0.5 to 70 Nm are available for different requirements in machines and systems.
Four motor sizes with output torques from 5 to 720 Nm are available as servo geared motors in combination with 1- and 2-stage planetary gearboxes in the special coating. The range of transmission ratios extends from i=5 to i=40.
The right combination of motor and planetary gearbox as well as the assignment of the correctly dimensioned Combivert S6 servo controller is done with just a few clicks using the module configuration in the KEB Combivis 6 service tool. The system selection of motor, gearbox, servo controller and the associated cables is done graphically or in tabular form. The software provides all technical documentation for design, installation and commissioning.
