Integrated drive, decentralized control

With the new BG 66 dMove, a new generation of BLDC drives from Dunkermotoren with new features and up to 50 percent higher power output will be launched at this year's SPS.

In addition to simple speed and position control, the BG 66 dMove can be controlled via CANopen and freely definable digital inputs. Servo technology is also worthwhile, especially for applications without a high-resolution encoder. As part of a product partnership with Siemens, the BG 45, BG 65(S), BG 75 and BG 95 motor series are now also available in specific versions compatible with the new Simatic Micro-Drive servo drive system. The simple drive configuration with the TIA Selection Tool reduces engineering time and the use of Profisafe guarantees a limited torque. Communication takes place via Profinet IRT with Profisafe and Profidrive profiles. Another product highlight that Dunkermotoren will be presenting in Nuremberg is a highly integrated drive unit with hub gear especially for AGVs. The unit has a short design, high radial load capacity and a robust design. Encoder, brake and motion controller with Safe Torque Off and bus interface are optionally integrated into the system. as
