Innovations in the SD4x series
Sieb & Meyer will be presenting the SD4S, SD4M and SD4B frequency inverters for high-speed applications at the SPS. They offer optimized performance, higher speeds and low motor heating without a sine filter.
The SD4B is the successor to the SD2B plus. The compact device is suitable for use as a highly dynamic servo amplifier for the operation of rotary and linear low-voltage servo motors as well as for optimized operation of high-speed low-voltage synchronous and asynchronous motors. In the high-speed range, the SD4B allows sensor-based operation of motors with a superimposed synchronization function based on 24 V synchronization signals.
The SD4S is available in numerous sizes in the 230 V and 400 V classes. The SD4M three-level inverters are suitable for turbo compressors and turbocompressors, for example.
