Individually configurable
Sauter has various series with different sizes in its rotary table portfolio. In addition to the RT Torque and Speed series with direct drive, the company also offers the Sauter RT Compact series, which has a worm gear.
Rotary tables in this series are available in sizes 10 to 25 and can be used both horizontally and vertically. The highly standardized rotary table can be combined with different table tops and housing variants. Customers benefit from in-house production of almost all components. The high level of standardization ensures short delivery times. In addition, the rotary tables offer high performance and a long service life at economically favorable conditions. Sauter 's modular system makes it possible to flexibly adapt the rotary table to meet customer requirements in a wide variety of countries.
The worm gear is self-locking and enables the transmission of high torques. The varying pitch of the worm gear ensures backlash-free adjustment of the wheel set. The components remain securely in position due to the self-locking in the worm gear; safety clamping is not necessary.
