Gerweck is Vice President Human Resources
Petra Gerweck (56) took over the newly created position of Vice President Human Resources at automation company Lenze on February 1, 2019.
In this role, she will be responsible for strategic and international HR management at Lenze, reporting directly to CEO Christian Wendler. Gerweck will be responsible in particular for further internationalization in the
HR area. She previously held senior HR positions at Dystar Textile Dyes, the biopharmaceutical company CSL Behring and Novem Car Interior, among others. Most recently, she was Vice President Human Resources & Legal at Tristone Flowtech Group, an international automotive supplier, where she was responsible for HR and legal affairs.
Lenze currently employs more than 3,700 people in around 60 countries worldwide. With its 2020+ corporate strategy, Lenze wants to set the course for exploiting international growth potential. Part of the strategy is also to set up the human resources department accordingly with regard to the continuously increasing requirements of a globally active organization. as
