Four with control electronics

The HFI series takes center stage at Engel. The integrated drives have their own control electronics and an STO safety function and cover outputs of up to 600 watts and rated torques of up to 1.9 Newton meters.

At Motek, the manufacturer will be presenting the four compact models of the series in the sizes HFI22, HFI26, HFI32 and HFI37 - with flange dimensions of 47, 55, 65 and 75 millimetres. All four drives are also available in two system lengths between 30 and 90 millimeters. They are designed for operation on 24 volts and 48 volts and are supplemented with planetary gearboxes and holding brakes as required. According to Engel, the drives are a solution primarily for automation specialists in assembly and handling technology as well as packaging and food technology. The HFI synchronous drives can be integrated into Canopen, Ethercat, Profinet or EtherNet/IP environments. as
