Servo controller with high performance
Maxon reports on the introduction of the Escon2 servo controller and the Motion Studio software at the SPS.
The platform offers engineers flexible tools for optimizing existing devices and implementing new ideas. The Escon2 controllers are based on modern semiconductor technology and, according to the supplier, offer high power density and improved control performance for torque and speed. They can be seamlessly integrated into various applications, from simple standalone systems to complex CANopen-based systems. The Motion Studio software simplifies the configuration and analysis of drive systems and supports both Escon2 controllers and older models.
