Innovative solutions for automation
At the SPS, ebm-papst will be presenting the ECI-63 internal rotor motors from the modular drive system, equipped with an EtherCAT interface.
For this purpose, high-performance interface electronics including a multi-protocol chip were added to the drive housing. The advantages for decentralized drives lie primarily in the synchronization of several axes, the reduced integration effort and a space-saving design in the machine. With the new RadiPac series, ebm-papst is improving existing centrifugal fans.
They work with higher efficiencies, higher speeds ensure a higher volume flow and higher pressures, so that even high-pressure applications can be covered. The DiaForce diagonal fan with integrated DC motor enables 50 % more air performance with 6 dB(A) less noise. Its characteristics lie between those of an axial and centrifugal fan.
