It's all in the chain
In principle, the drive element "chain" is a simple component. But if it fails, it can cause high costs due to unplanned production downtime. During the 100 years of its existence, TSUBAKI, the manufacturer of drive technology products, has concentrated on research and further development of its products.
The supplier considers the BS/DIN-GT4 Winner chain to be the most advanced. Its most important design features include the patented lubrication groove bushes, which ensure long-lasting lubrication between pin and bush and therefore make maintenance work easier. The seamless bushes with precise cylindrical profile guarantee optimum power transmission in the chain link to the pin. The pins are vertically riveted for easy disassembly. In addition, the patented punched ring compaction of the locking link increases the strength of the locking link to one hundred percent of the base chain, which ensures the transmission capacity of the base chain. The product is available in chain sizes from RF06B to RS48B in simplex, duplex and triplex versions. pb
