Bühler Motor strengthens management
Achim Brömmel took over responsibility for Program Management Automotive & Industrial Drive Solutions at the Bühler Motor Group on October 1.
In this position, he succeeds Mark Furtwängler, who until then had been acting head of the division in addition to his duties as Managing Partner of Bühler Motor and Co-CEO of the Bühler Motor Group.
Achim Brömmel brings a wealth of experience to his new role. Most recently, he was CTO at automotive supplier Hengst SE, where he was responsible for R&D, sales and purchasing. Prior to that, he worked for many years at Pierburg and Pierburg Pump Technology, among others, in development and quality management in various responsible positions. He started his career in the automotive sector at Audi in Ingolstadt.
Achim Brömmel has in-depth knowledge of the product development process, system engineering, project management and global account management.

The company not only expects numerous synergy effects from the recent bundling of the Automotive Drive Solutions and Drive Solutions for General Industrial Applications divisions under a joint program management, but also decisive impetus for product and process innovations.
