Precision solutions in the µm range

Spieth offers precision products for the transmission of torques, radial and axial forces.

The axial clamping force is converted into a uniform radial clamping force (all-round frictional connection or force flow) - self-centering. This increases the frictional resistance of the contact surfaces and enables power transmission with maximum concentricity. © Spieth

The company also has products in its range to generate clamping forces, create sliding surfaces, support movements or secure threads and create connections that can be quickly and easily released, adjusted and readjusted.

Adjusting nuts, clamping sets, guide components, radial plain bearings and clamping nuts are manufactured to tolerances of a thousandth of a millimeter. Spieth offers self-centring locknuts and clamping sets for the assembly of work spindles. The concentricity of the clamping sets up to 80 mm outside diameter is less than 8 µm. Detailed assembly instructions and recommendations for assembly, tightening torque and tools ensure optimum adjustment of the products.
