Fully automatic laser welding
Increased precision
According to Martin Mechanic, it has further increased the precision of its new MMG27347 generation of systems for fully automatic laser welding of heat-resistant and sensitive nozzles for the aviation industry.
The accuracy of the rotary indexing table is in the hundredths of a millimeter range. Clocking is carried out via a control card.
The process parameters, including image processing, heat penetration during laser welding or quality features, are assigned to individual data blocks in the PLC and can be called up and edited outside the machine via a network. The user defines which parameters he wants to transfer to an SQL database. Remote maintenance of the machines is also possible. Two robots automate the machine.
