Cycle times under 1 ms
With the XC300, Eaton offers a powerful and flexible controller which, in combination with the XN300 I/O system and the XV300 touch panel, makes it possible to implement a lean automation concept. The system enables cycle times of less than 1 ms. Thanks to its many interfaces, the controller is suitable as a universal data node for a wide range of applications. An integrated OPC server enables standardized data transmission in M2M communication, allowing the controller to be seamlessly integrated into automation architectures for I4.0.
The Linux-based system is programmed with Codesys 3 and supports many common interfaces and fieldbus protocols. The XC300 enables the operation of three different Ethernet networks. In addition, the controller has four I/O channels with their own power supply. Integrated web servers enable the display on all HTML5-capable browsers and also on mobile devices. am
