The MiniMACS6-AMP-4/50/10 can control up to six DC or four BLDC motors highly dynamically and precisely - with up to 540 W continuous power and 1.6 kW peak power. The controller is an economical and compact solution for system designers who develop autonomous robots or shuttle systems. It is used where PLC solutions are too expensive or do not meet customer-specific requirements.

A key advantage of the multi-axis solution is its programmability with the comprehensive ApossIDE automation software and the license-free motion control library (C language). Integrated bus interfaces allow efficient data exchange with higher-level control systems. However, complete process sequences can also be executed autonomously without a PLC or PC. The MiniMACS6-AMP-4/50/10 will be available from the beginning of 2021.

The virtual Maxon trade fair experience

This year, the Covid-19 pandemic has meant that virtually all trade fairs have had to be canceled. Nevertheless, Maxon is now offering a trade fair experience for all customers and interested parties. Visitors fly to the virtual Maxon trade fair stand and discover new products: In addition to the MiniMACS6 master controller, there are high-torque BLDC motors and flat motors for robotics. There will also be a meeting with the Mars rover: virtualbooth.maxongroup.com
