Interested parties can view a live demonstrator at the trade fair stand. This consists of an electric monorail system, laser projectors, a control cabinet and a PLC. The setup demonstrates how the worker support system works. On an overhead conveyor, a vehicle door moves through the field of vision of two projectors. These project markings onto the body part to indicate where the worker needs to rework.

The system is dynamic and takes the movements of the part into account. Even if the door moves, the processing instructions remain in place. Processing tools such as grinding and polishing machines can also be tracked. The dwell time of the tools at the processing point is also registered. The system can thus record the status of the processing.
