Ergonomic actuators
R. Stahl offers a wide range of actuators for explosion-protected control boxes in plant and machinery. The product range includes pushbutton, mushroom pushbutton, mushroom key, mushroom lock, double pushbutton and illuminated pushbutton switches.
An attachment can be fitted with up to four contact elements. In addition to push-buttons, rotary handles, key switches and LED indicator lights are also available. The actuating attachments can be combined with various label holders and locking devices. The actuators in the 8602/3 series have an IP66 degree of protection and are designed for use in hazardous areas. They are particularly suitable for extreme climatic conditions, from -60 to 70 °C depending on the version. All actuators can also be operated with gloves. Integrated coding allows the rotary and key switches to be set to the functions "latching/key-operated" or "key cannot be removed". am
