The Euromicron subsidiary Elabo, a specialist in electronic workstation and test systems, offers solutions for 4.0 implementation based on the Elution factory software - from the experimental phase at individual workstations to fully networked production.
The Elabo E-Case offers a digitized workstation in a small format and provides first-time users and vocational students with an uncomplicated and cost-effective introduction to Industry 4.0-supported production. The E-Case can be used to try out assembly with the help of individual digital assistance (worker guidance) as well as the use of intelligent material chutes or the automatic parameterization of measuring devices.
For example, the FIM (Flexible Innovative Mounting) assembly workstation can be implemented as part of a comprehensive implementation of the Elabo digitalization concept. All systems can be precisely adapted to all user- and process-specific requirements using the Elution software. The interaction between the workstation system and factory software also enables comprehensive data management: production-related work instructions can easily be stored in text and images or links can be established with ERP or MES systems. as
