Save energy with joining modules
Joining modules from Kistler are suitable for simple force-displacement monitored assembly and joining processes in automatic production systems and at manually controlled workstations.
The NCFE electromechanical joining module has an integrated strain gauge force sensor and an electronically commutated AC servomotor. This enables force and/or position-oriented movement, which means that energy is only ever converted precisely when the process requires it. The NCFE therefore offers outstanding energy efficiency compared to hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Kistler also offers the maxymos NC process monitoring system. It controls, monitors, evaluates and documents XY curves of joining and press-fit processes. This allows the quality to be monitored and evaluated on the basis of a curve. If users also opt for this, they receive an end-to-end system from a single source and achieve energy savings of up to 90 percent. as
