Sandblasting cabin

Cabin with a view

The manufacturer Paul Auer has paid attention to a stable and space-saving design for the injector sandblasting cabin, the company announced, adding that the front roller door is smooth-running and tilt-free and offers generous access to the blasting chamber at the front.

Thanks to the lifting door that opens above the middle of the system and the sturdy work grid, the system can also be loaded with heavy workpieces using an overhead crane. The manufacturer also offers special solutions such as a drawer or workshop docking trolley to extend this function. When installing this cabin, no additional space is required as with a side-hinged door, and adhering dust falls directly into the cabin hopper when opening and not next to the cabin as with a hinged door, for example. A large viewing window with a quick-change protective screen in the hinged frame provides a good view of the workpieces to be processed. The special dust extraction system with a cartridge dust filter and a glare-free blasting chamber guarantee a clear view even during continuous blasting operations.

Paul Auer promises that the blasting system can be maintained quickly and easily. The PS cabin is available in widths of 700 to 1,000 and 1,400 millimetres. as
