What do Rose Systemtechnik's manual control enclosures have to do with the Ehrlich Brothers' show? They are used for the safe and smooth control of pyrotechnics during events.
On stage or on TV, the Ehrlich Brothers regularly perform their magic tricks, which may look effortless but are the result of hard work and countless hours of practice. For each show, the brothers travel with a 70-strong crew and ten trucks, more than 30 kilometers of cable are laid and more than 500 special effects are prepared.
To ensure safe control of the pyrotechnics, the Pilot 250 manual control enclosure from Rose Systemtechnik is used in the show. The robust enclosures in the Pilot series offer protection class IP65 in accordance with EN 60529 and are highly impact-resistant. The temperature application range is minus 40 to plus 60 degrees Celsius. This makes them ideal for use in pyrotechnics.
The ergonomic handle and the different sizes also enable an optimized hand position for comfortable working, as well as the installation of different components. The enclosures are also used in industry, for example in control and operating systems in automation technology, in vehicles, machine tools, CNC machining centers and in special machine and control engineering.
Flexible housing technology
According to the manufacturer, the Pilot 250 manual control enclosures offer a large installation space and prepared mounting points for membrane keypads, switches, buttons or circuit boards. The cover on the back is easy to remove and can be used, for example, for a battery compartment, interface ports or the quick replacement of electronics. The enclosure is available in two versions: as a polyamide enclosure with a closed front panel cover or as a polyamide enclosure with a cover frame for customized front panels.
