Screwdriver control unit QCD series
Simple and functional
In assembly lines where the quality of the screw connections must be monitored one hundred percent, precision screwdriving systems with electric screwdrivers (EC system) are usually used.
They have a high repeat accuracy, IO/NIO statement, documentation options and a long service life. The disadvantage, however, is the high control and programming effort. This is where the new generation of QCD series screwdriver controllers from Mint comes in. It offers new features for a modern production environment. Operation via the seven-inch touch screen display is intuitive, simple and easy for anyone to learn. The controller offers all the functions and screwdriving strategies required for a modern assembly line. No separate software is required. Programming is carried out either directly on the device via the touchscreen or via a web browser that accesses the controller directly.
The user is supported by an integrated, context-related help function. The operator can carry out application checks in real time on the touch screen display. The tightening results can be displayed as tightening and tightening curves for visual evaluation. For example, the tightening curve is displayed on the start screen of the control unit. Maintenance alarms and the tool status are also shown on the touch screen display. The system displays provide information about the connection status (network, fieldbus, MES), faults and whether a wireless connection is being used. An exchangeable SSD hard disk for storing all settings and data makes it possible to replace the control unit. pb
