Stainless steel gripping container

Mounting with antistatic gloss solutions

LK Mechanik presents its stainless steel gripper containers with burr-free edges at Motek.

Stainless steel gripping containers are not only found at assembly workstations in medical, pharmaceutical and food technology, but are now also standard in many cleanroom and cleanroom production facilities for electrical engineering and microelectronics. LK Mechanik is therefore presenting its stainless steel gripping containers with burr-free edges in Stuttgart.

The solutions can be cleaned of dust and dirt particles particularly thoroughly - because they are clearly visible - and can be easily disinfected. They are antistatic per se and have very good sliding properties thanks to their electropolished surface, which speeds up the removal of small parts, for example. In addition, they can be flexibly marked, are resistant to solvents, can be ergonomically designed and can be easily combined with other containers on assembly lines.

Another advantage: if additional cleaning processes are required upstream or downstream of assembly, LK Mechanik can also manufacture the gripper containers from perforated stainless steel sheets. This allows the material flow to be optimized because the gripper containers then also function as cleaning containers and no more refilling work is required. The geometry can also be adapted for special lean management processes. It is even possible to integrate electronic type plates for data transfer via RFID. as
