Mint automates the screwdriving process

Mint is the latest development that offers the possibility of fully automating the screwdriving process. With linear motion modules that can be modularly expanded with a camera, grippers and safety technology and combined with the Mint feed technology depending on requirements, a manual workstation becomes an assembly cell - without any programming knowledge.

All components can be recombined and reprogrammed at any time in order to be able to react to future changes to the component or the assembly process. With a mixed-signal interface module, the components can also be integrated into an existing system or combined with components from other manufacturers. This is ensured by software in which individual program sequences and components can be combined with each other using drag and drop. Automatic screw feeders ensure efficient production and improved cycle times. as
