Sarissa assistance system

Laser takes over visualization

The visualization of the worker guidance of the Local Positioning System (LPS) assistance system from Sarissa can now optionally be taken over by a laser projector from LAP.

The laser projector projects symbols and characters in different colors onto the position to be processed. If the assembly worker reaches the taught-in positions with their hands or tools, LPS automatically recognizes this and the laser is directed to the next step. If the employee inadvertently reaches the wrong position, a red symbol lights up. The sensor glove is used for small-scale gripping positions, which can be used to differentiate between positions with an accuracy of 50 millimetres. In conjunction with tools, the Sarissa system determines the position of any type of tool from any tool manufacturer. If the worker places a tool in the wrong position, the system blocks it in good time. as
