High clamping forces and easy handling
The power clamping nuts in the MCA-S and MCA-T series from Jakob Antriebstechnik can be operated completely without tools.
The clamping nuts extended by a star (MCA-S) or T-handle (MCA-T) enable uncomplicated manual operation. The force amplification is achieved via the integrated planetary gearbox, making it very easy to achieve high clamping forces. Automatic changeover from pre-tensioning to power clamping is ensured by automatic changeover.
Due to their robust design and the self-locking function of the power clamping nuts, the manufacturer guarantees a high degree of safety. Made from nitrocarburized heat-treated steel and fitted with an aluminium housing cover, the power clamping nuts can be used at operating temperatures between -30 and 90 °C.
