Feeding technology
Unlimited transportation options
Knoll is presenting its fast-growing assembly and transport systems division at Automatica. The product portfolio includes production logistics and feeding technology for compact robot cells.
It is used to provide pallets, floor rollers or other load carriers in a small space. The conveyor technology acts as a buffer to decouple transport logistics and production processes. It can be equipped with various functional units, such as turning stations or corner transfer units. As the Knoll systems have a modular mechanical, electrical and software design, it is possible to create tailor-made systems that can be expanded almost at will.
The scope of delivery ranges from mechanics including sensors and drive technology to a complete system with control technology and visualization. On the subject of assembly technology, Knoll will be exhibiting its TS-S-B/TS-G-B low-level transport system. The fully functional system includes assembly trolleys, workpiece carriers, turning stations and corner transfer units. In addition, a transport line with the TS-Z chain hoist system is installed completely at floor level at the trade fair stand. as
