Welding with battery
At Intec, Soyer, the specialist for fastening and joining technologies, will be presenting the new generation of mobile stud welding units with battery technology. The new portable stud welding inverters BMS-9 Accu and BMK-8i Accu will be presented as lightweights that allow you to work freely without a mains cable.
Weighing just 6.6 and eight kilograms respectively, both devices are flexible and energy-efficient. They are suitable for mobile and mains-independent use during assembly work, as even longer transport distances between different work areas can be covered easily and without physical strain. If required, the battery can be charged quickly and easily using an external charger (with the BMS-9 Accu) or a permanently integrated, intelligent charging module (with the BMK-8i Accu). This means that the user does not lose any time when working. The manufacturer also emphasizes the unrestricted freedom of movement and increased work safety, as tripping hazards caused by cable extensions can be avoided. as
