Wear-resistant guide
The PTEZ belt guide system from Flexco is suitable for light to heavy-duty applications as well as for reversible and unidirectional belts up to 2,100 millimetres wide.
Conveyor system operators can also use them for belts with worn or damaged edges. Thanks to the simple design of the brackets and components, the station is quick and easy to install. The special feature of PTEZ is that the roller for the belt guide is coated with the more wear-resistant polyurethane from the standard model upwards. This increases the service life and makes it easier to grip in damp conditions. The competition usually only offers this for an extra charge. However, the user also receives an economical version in which a rubber roller coating is used instead of PU. as
