Anti-rotation bolts with beveled edge
The new anti-rotation locking bolts from Norelem enable directional, independent locking thanks to a bevel.
The anti-rotation locking bolt from Norelem is characterized by a bevel. This enables directional, automatic locking, as required for a door closing mechanism, for example. A patent application has been filed for the product.
The bevel causes the bolt to engage automatically as soon as it is subjected to a lateral force on one side. Once the bevel has been completely overcome, the locking bolt is securely locked by spring force and can only be released again manually by pulling the mushroom knob.
The bolt with the chamfer is secured against rotation: this ensures that the position of the bolt and sleeve does not change. The taper angle can be adjusted in increments of 60 degrees by the user loosening the screw with a hexagon key.
The new locking bolt is available with metric fine and standard threads. In terms of materials, the user can choose between steel and stainless steel, with the operating handle made of plastic in each case. as
