At Formnext Connect, 203 exhibitors with around 2,200 representatives presented a total of 1,412 products. The 8,541 active participants from over 100 countries, a third of them from Germany, made intensive use of the intelligent and modern matchmaking system. This generated more than 450,000 recommendations for products and other participants. In addition, 23,311 new contacts and 4,733 business meetings in the form of video calls were made.

Almost 45,000 spectators followed the 221 lectures and presentations in the stage and session program. Experts from around the world discussed current and future trends, developments and applications in numerous webinars and panel discussions. "In particular, the AI-supported networking opportunities offered by Formnext Connect showed how efficiently and purposefully matchmaking between visitors and exhibitors can work in digital formats," says Petra Haarburger, Managing Director of Mesago Messe Frankfurt, the organizer of Formnext.

SPS Connect with promising prospects

"The success of Formnext Connect is a good indicator of the success we also expect for the digital SPS Connect. It is based on the same technological platform that has already proven itself very well in its first use," adds Martin Roschkowski, Managing Director of Mesago Messe Frankfurt. SPS Connect will take place from November 24 - 26. In addition to the wide range of networking opportunities, the agenda will include presentations on smart and digital automation as well as two different topics each day, which will be explored in more detail in keynotes, specialist presentations, panel discussions and exhibitor contributions. Special emphasis is placed on topicality and relevance in the program
