Image processing meets automation
IDS Imaging Development Systems demonstrates the possibilities of modern camera technology with 2D, 3D and AI. For example, the IDS NXT embedded vision system with AI, which can be seamlessly integrated into Industry 4.0 systems.
With the complete AI vision package, neural networks can be trained without prior knowledge, executed on an industrial camera and individual applications can be implemented. A new feature is the block-based editor, which allows users to develop their own program sequences with AI image processing functions.
As many tasks can only be solved with 3D data, another focus is on the presentation of the Ensenso 3D camera families. Ensenso S is an affordable entry-level model that makes 3D technology accessible at a low threshold.
