Protection for sensitive components
Pöppelmann Kapsto has also recently started producing thermoformed articles. This process can be used to produce large-format and very thin-walled protective elements.
With thermoformed trays, the standard parts manufacturer now offers packaging concepts as complete solutions: The individually manufactured transport packaging reliably stores and protects customer-specific components during transportation, storage and production. The trays offer even better protection for sensitive products thanks to their fixed positioning, simplify quantity control and facilitate handling, for example through automated removal in the production process.
Pöppelmann can also supply illustrative or functional samples using rapid prototyping - often even in the original material. The thermoform trays are produced in various colors and materials, including resource-saving recycled plastics or ESD-protected.
