Rodriguez is not only a well-known company in Germany and Europe, but is also established worldwide as a partner for linear technology and rolling bearings. Accordingly, the company is well networked and positioned globally: It has long-standing partnerships with manufacturing plants and trading partners in countries including England, France, Italy, Spain/Portugal, Slovenia, China, North Africa, the USA and India.

United Kingdom and United States

Selected trading partners represent Rodriguez internationally so that customers have local contacts and can therefore benefit from shorter communication channels and greater flexibility. In addition to branches in France and the USA, Rodriguez works with sales partners in Herts/UK and Washington/USA, for example. All partners have good market knowledge in the relevant sectors, are centrally located and are therefore easy for Rodriguez customers to reach.

Another example of international networking is India, where there is demand for slewing bearings from Eschweiler, among other things. A market leader in the field of process water recycling relies on Rodriguez's technical expertise and consistently high product quality: it purchases ball slewing rings that have to be tested and, if necessary, adapted for each new requirement of the end customer (open-cast mine operators, mining companies, steelworks). "We can also score points internationally, especially when it comes to individual adaptations," explains Martin Stremmel, Product Manager at Rodriguez.

Indian market

Also in India, a roller slewing ring was required as a spare part, which is used as the main bearing of a stockpiling device (stacker/reclaimer). "The manufacturer of the open-cast mining equipment has now withdrawn from production," explains Martin Stremmel. "Our customer was looking for a cost-effective and fast spare parts solution with production in Asia but German engineering. We were able to help quickly and flexibly."

Change of scene: Rodriguez roller slewing rings and double axial ball slewing rings are used in Morocco's largest phosphate mine - more precisely in the bulk material terminal there. They were needed as spare parts for a stacker/reclaimer from a German manufacturer and for the slewing gear of a ship loader.

In this case, it was important for the customer to receive a component "Made in Europe" that was identical to the OEM and with a suitable delivery time. As the end customer is based in Morocco, all discussions were conducted via Rodriguez France in the local language.
