Entry into the digitalization of production
Hoffmann Group opens Go Digital Store for SMEs
"Hoffmann Group Go Digital Store" is the name of the new online marketplace that enables small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to quickly start digitizing their production.
In the Go Digital Store, the Hoffmann Group bundles its digital offering and provides production-related software from third-party providers. This enables SMEs from the metalworking industry to easily gain experience in digitalization and gradually change their working methods. The Go Digital Store is now available.
The Hoffmann Group Go Digital Store supports SMEs in digitizing their production in several steps. The key feature is that companies only get the cloud applications that are most beneficial to them in their current situation and benefit directly from their support.
All applications available in the Go Digital Store - both those of the Hoffmann Group and those of third-party providers - can be used via a single Go Digital account. The user is automatically redirected to the Hoffmann Group Digital Service Platform when logging into the Go Digital Store. This is particularly convenient if several applications are used regularly. Even SMEs without extensive IT knowledge can benefit from the advantages of digitalization without having to commit to one provider, machine manufacturer or type.
The Go Digital Store offers small and large "digital helpers" for almost all steps in the manufacturing process. In addition to the Hoffmann Group's digital manufacturing solutions, six apps from third-party providers are available at the opening: the online calculator 'Spanflug für Fertiger' calculates offer prices for CNC parts in just one minute - it's quick and easy. up2parts also provides a work plan. With repeated use, the artificial intelligence is trained and becomes increasingly accurate. If you want to improve machine runtimes, you can use '3d Signals'. High-precision, non-invasive sensors collect the necessary data. The 'oee.ai' app also evaluates production orders in order to measure overall plant efficiency and identify optimization potential. Anyone who wants to simulate the use of robots in their production in 3D, on the other hand, can use 'drag&bot Simulation'. And for holistic process optimization in purchasing, logistics and production, there is the cloud-based software 'LEANION Cloud One' from UWS. All offers were thoroughly tested by the Hoffmann Group in advance to ensure the required quality standards. Only software with the Hoffmann Proof seal is included in the store.
With the digitalization concept for production developed by the Hoffmann Group, SMEs are able to introduce a flexible overall solution in many small steps. As a result, companies are continuously building their smart factory and moving ever closer to Industry 4.0.
