Graphically interactive programming editor Millturn Pro
The graphically interactive Millturn Pro programming editor from WFL Millturn allows NC programs to be created efficiently. This turns the CrashGuard Studio 3D simulation software into a universal programming system for demanding workpieces (without free-form surfaces).
With Millturn Pro, WFL also offers a solution for companies that focus on workshop programming. The universal and easy-to-understand programming editor with graphic support enables programming directly on the machine, allowing NC programs to be created efficiently.
Millturn Pro is available in the control panel version, but also in the PC version. According to the company, easy-to-understand dialog screens are designed to simplify the use of all WFL cycles. In addition, the cycle parameters are pre-assigned with meaningful values, saving valuable programming time. According to the company, other advantages include the easy creation of tool requirement lists, the improved overview in the NC program thanks to text folding and the step-by-step checking of machining operations using integrated simulation.
