Crate.io and M&M Software have signed a memorandum of understanding and are now technology partners for the IoT database CrateDB. Together, they want to provide scalable and cost-efficient IoT infrastructures for companies in the manufacturing industry, among others. The aim is to exploit synergies and thus further expand the market for IIoT databases and platforms in German-speaking countries.

As part of the cooperation, M&M will act as the system integrator, taking the lead in managing the projects and implementing them for the customer. Crate.io will host and manage the CrateDB cloud as a technology supplier as part of the customer project.
