New functions in IFS FSM 6
IFS launches IFS Field Service Management 6 (FSM 6).
FSM 6 comprehensively expands the functions of the field service software solution. It offers more procurement and deployment options from the cloud, more mobile field service and back office functions as well as a new, intuitive user interface for any browser and any end device. It brings improved options for reverse logistics, spare parts management and in-house repair service as well as more flexibility in optimizing personnel deployment planning.
The new version can be used as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), in the IFS Managed Cloud or on-premise. The cloud-based versions are also configurable and allow companies to adapt data fields, workflows and interfaces to their specific service environments.
