Check labeling systems
With the new monitoring software "Bluhmware Cockpit Software", Bluhm Systeme marking systems that can be controlled via Ethernet and WLAN can be monitored and controlled.
Every room in the company, every department and machine group can be mapped. Different environments, so-called cockpits, can be put together easily using drag & drop. The material status, productivity or current status of the individual marking systems, for example, can then be called up with a single click.
In sensitive production areas, a webcam can be installed and integrated for live switching. The early warning system ensures longer operating times and greater reliability: When individually defined events and tolerance limits occur or are exceeded, a notification is sent automatically - by email or text message, including to a smartphone.
Thanks to different functional levels - maintenance, plant management and production management - and different access rights, everyone gets exactly the information they need. The information can be accessed from any location, even when on the move, using a cell phone or tablet PC.
Texts and layouts can be easily imported and exported using the Cockpit software, for example between two printers or from other databases. Existing layout data can be transferred and easily adapted using the editor function. The software runs on all platforms via an Internet browser, regardless of the operating system installed. No special IT knowledge is required. Depending on customer requirements, it is possible to expand the software, for example by adding new functions or with regard to the integration of production or packaging systems, for example.
