More overview, more convenience

Version 2021.2 of the CAD/CAM suite Hypermill from Open Mind brings easier operation, improved machining strategies and additional options for data communication.

The software is used to program machining production from 2.5D to 5-axis simultaneous and also supports additive manufacturing. Several new features ensure improved machining when finishing 3D shapes.

Hypermill Virtual Machining enables simulations and analyses with the highest precision, as it works with the real NC codes. With HyperCAD-S, Open Mind provides its own CAD program. The important new features here include additional file formats for import and export. The blank used for each job can be made visible via the context menu. The display of the elements used in a job, such as curves, surfaces or points, can also be switched on and off at the touch of a button when they are selected.
