At Metav, Gindumac showed how economical it can be to sell and buy used machine tools. The company is breaking new ground in the traditional trading business with used machines. On the company's own online platform, manufacturing companies in the metalworking industry can offer their machine tools for sale with just a few clicks. Each used machine is then inspected and documented by an area manager on site.

Gindumac is breaking new ground in the traditional trading business with used machines.

In less than 48 hours, Gindumac assesses the current market value of the machine using valuation software developed in-house, which uses an intelligent data algorithm to compare current market prices. There are also suitable offers for buyers: Gindumac offers financing models for used machine purchases ranging from 120-day payment terms to 12-month financing as well as additional worldwide full-service logistics including delivery and commissioning.

The company is also presenting Machine Spector, the first IIoT solution for the performance monitoring of used machines, which equips used machines with new digital capabilities and thus combines them with the requirements of Industry 4.0.
