Precisely tested all round
Hahn und Kolb offers a new rotary test table from Atorn for the precise measurement of radial and axial run-outs on rotationally symmetrical components. The component is simply placed on the table, roughly aligned and checked at various points using dial gauges.
According to the manufacturer, it has a high concentricity and axial run-out accuracy of 2 μm at R100 as well as simple operation and a robust design. This allows production employees to quickly and easily check the component themselves without having to use a 3D coordinate measuring machine or a form tester. The rotary test table is available in three different versions for component sizes with diameters between 200 and 400 mm. sw
