Highly accurate with IO-Link interface
The high-precision piezoresistive Keller pressure transmitters in the 25SXio series can be used both as pressure measuring instruments and pressure switches. Furthermore, they offer a significant increase in flexibility and efficiency in the measurement chain and help to reduce costs.
The standardized IO-Link technology provides the user with uniform specifications from the cabling to the protocol and still offers compatibility with common interfaces in automation technology. This noticeably reduces the susceptibility to errors due to incorrect cabling or similar errors and saves the user from having to make BUS-specific definitions or parameterizations.
The pressure transmitter can be conveniently parameterized via a computer connected to the network. The integrated diagnostics function detects any malfunctions at an early stage and allows you to react immediately. If the sensor is replaced, the IO-Link master recognizes the device and automatically writes in the predefined parameters. This significantly reduces machine downtime, personnel costs and susceptibility to errors. With the 25SXio series, Keller Pressure is expanding its IO-Link product portfolio with a flush-mounted pressure transmitter.
