Manufacturing processes need to be more stable, precise and reliable. Products with sensor-supported condition and position monitoring, such as the norelem locking pins and positioning bushes with condition sensors, offer a clear advantage here.

On the locking pins with status sensor, a sensor integrated into the handle detects the status of the pin. The sensor is connected to the machine control via a three-wire PVC cable. The status (locked or pulled) can be precisely recorded, enabling actuation-dependent process control. The length, height and position of moving components can thus be adjusted even more precisely. The locking pins from norelem are available in steel or stainless steel.

The positioning sockets with status sensor have a variably adjustable sensor on the socket. The user can mount a commercially available inductive sensor with a diameter of 3 mm on the "for status sensor" models. The inductive sensor detects the signal and transmits it to the machine controller, which only starts the production cycle, for example, when all operating or latching elements are in the correct position. The electronic status monitoring system is used in the packaging industry, for example, particularly for adjusting the format of packaging machines.

and stainless steel condition sensors with holders for quick-release clamps.
