Unitronic presented the UM0090 ultrasonic distance measurement module from Audiowell Electronics at this year's Sensor+Test. As part of an application example, it was demonstrated how the fill level of a waste bin is automatically recorded by the sensor and the data is transferred to a cloud system via a LoRa network.
