The Ross safety range covers a connection range from G 1/8 to G 3. All products meet the application requirements up to category 4, performance level e. The redundant twin solenoid valves of the RSe series are available in 3/2 or 5/2-way function. They are designed for fail-safe venting and bleeding (3/2 version) and safe reversing of cylinders (5/2 version) on pneumatically controlled machines. The M35 is a modular safety vent valve (drain valve) with soft-start option. It has been designed for external monitoring, safe shutdown and venting as well as controlled pressure build-up on restart. Its most important applications are pneumatic control processes and venting/drain functions. The Crosscheck is a redundant, externally pilot operated 4/3-way safety valve with closed center position for safe cylinder control and safe load holding. It is designed for Cat. 4 PL e applications where the stopping and safe holding of a cylinder is required so that machine operators can carry out maintenance work safely. The Crosscheck CC4 valve is controlled by a safety controller or safety relay with two-channel outputs, with the feedback sensors monitoring compliance with the safe center position. as
