Operational reliability with pSLC flash memory
Wibu-Systems has introduced the new CmStick/BMI. The protective hardware for USB interfaces is available in different versions, as a memory card such as CF, CFast, SD and microSD and as an ASIC.
The company offers the new CmStick/BMI with pSLC flash memory, based on pseudo single-level cell memory technology. All three variants have the same robust metal housing. They can be used with any target system with USB.
Protection against piracy and reverse engineering via dongle is superior to software or cloud-based license technology in many respects. The license can be transported from one computer to another by simply plugging and unplugging it. With CodeMeter dongles, a single piece of hardware can also be used by several providers at the same time.
