Overhead conveyor technology for all industries
Friction-based overhead conveyors as an intelligent and efficient alternative to conventional Power & Free and EMS systems: OCS systems offer more functions than Power & Free systems and similar functions to EMS (electrified monorail) systems, but with greater flexibility and at a lower cost. The technology is efficient and simple, which goes hand in hand with high reliability and low maintenance costs.

The OCS 150 and OCS 500 overhead conveyor systems are already being used successfully in a wide range of industries and sectors. In addition to the automotive sector, including electromobility, aviation and surface technology, several well-known bicycle and e-bike manufacturers have been won over by the intelligent OCS technology in recent years. OCS also offers sustainable and future-proof solutions for the up-and-coming vertical farming sector.
OCS overhead conveyors can handle payloads of up to 150 kg (OCS 150 system) or 500 kg (OCS 500 system) per m of conveyor section. With specially designed double or quattro trolleys, transport weights of up to 7,500 kg are also possible.
Modular standard components allow for quick and easy changes in the further development of your production process. Driven and manual sections can be combined and different sections of the system can be operated at different speeds. Free, usable floor space and work areas offer you further valuable design options.
