DFL Ventus marker from the Economy FIBRE series with matching manual workstation Workstation BASIC
The DFL Ventus Marker from the Economy FIBRE product series is an easy-to-use, cost-efficient fiber laser system in accordance with laser class 1. This robust, cost-efficient marking laser meets the guidelines and safety standards for functional safety in accordance with DIN EN ISO 13849-1 and is an ideal entry-level system for laser material processing, both integrated into an automated production line and in combination with a manual workstation from ACI.
Fields of application
The DFL Ventus Marker is ideally suited for simple yet powerful marking applications, especially on metals and plastics. Despite its simple design, it is a reliable, robust fiber laser system for marking various metals and plastics. Particularly black marking results are achieved on stainless steel. It is available in the power classes 10, 20 and 30 watts.
The DFL Ventus Marker is ideally used in combination with the laser station Workstation BASIC. The main distinguishing features of theBASIC workstation compared to other laser stations from ACI are the manual door and the manual z-axis, which has a travel distance of 150 mm. The door can be opened and closed using handles on the left and right of the housing. The z-axis can be adjusted using a rotary wheel on the front. The system is typically used for small to medium quantities.
Accessories
TheBASIC workstation can be optionally equipped with a rotation axis for seamless circumferential marking. On request, the system can be supplied with a desktop PC or industrial PC and a laser fume extraction system suitable for the application. The system can also be operated with the customer's own PC or an existing extraction system. The DFL Ventus Marker can be used as an integration component in an automated system.
Software
The Magic Mark V3 (Economy Edition) marking software required for operation is included in the scope of delivery. This enables the marking of texts, graphics, codes such as DataMatrix or barcodes, serial numbers, logos, edge-free circumferential marking on rotationally symmetrical workpieces and real grayscale images on plastics. Intelligent rights management supports the creation of different user groups. This allows the system to be tailored to the respective user requirements. Semi-automatic operation with independent data exchange to various data sources is also possible without any problems.
