Controlled handling - heating of cable harnesses
The new NMH manipulator, developed in lightweight construction, enables the handling of components weighing up to 300 kg. The joystick solution makes it very easy to move without straining your back.
The movement sequence can also be queried and monitored via rotary encoders and a control system. This enables collision-free positioning, as the lifting movement is readjusted. Automation processes can also be implemented without additional electrics using the small controller. This protects your components, protects your employees and increases output. The manipulator is rounded off with an attractive appearance thanks to its modern cladding and carbon design.
The manipulator can be used, for example, for handling to the heating oven. The newly developed heating oven enables cable harnesses to be heated up to 45°C. This enables the cable harnesses to be laid perfectly in the bodywork and, above all, without damaging the insulation.
